Modalities used within my sessions may, but may not be limited to astrology, shamanic healing, naturopathy, nutrition, lifestyle recommendations, herbal medicine, homeopathy and flower essences.

Jacqueline Marriott is not a medical practitioner and is unable to provide a diagnosis. I do not provide guarantees, even if success has been experienced with another client with a similar condition.

If you withhold information such as health conditions, allergy, pregnancy, medication or other supplementation, changes in medication once treatment had commenced or anything alike, it is not my responsibility if adverse reaction occurs. If, for whatever reason you may not have provided accurate information during the sessions, please contact me immediately.

It is understood that you are accepting or rejecting this care of your own will.

Your Responsibility

Clients are advised to follow my recommendations of advice and dosages of natural medicines as recommended by me specifically for that individual client. These recommendations may differ from the dosages recommended by the manufacturers of products.

For legal reasons I have to advise that due to the difference of interpretation regarding expert advice, readings, guidance or strategies given; all services are offered for entertainment purposes only.

Payment terms

Payment is to be made at the time of your appointment for your consultation fee and any products we discuss, and you agree to purchase.

On agreeing to an appointment, an invoice will be sent and appointments are only confirmed when payment has been made.

I use Stripe to process all payments. Cash is also accepted. Bank transfer for purchase of products between consults by prior arrangement is available.

Payment of herbs/homeopathy/flower essences/supplements must be made prior to dispensing and use.

Cancellations/Availability

All bookings and or purchases are subject to availability.

If I need to either cancel, change your appointment time/date or there is a reasonable delay to deliver your purchase by me, I will contact you using the information provided at the time of booking to make an alternative arrangement at no extra charge. You will only be charged for the services booked.

It is a requirement that, if ‘you’ have to cancel or change your appointment time for any personal reason; please notify me 24 hours before your booking and all reasonable endeavors to accommodate any request for changes to your booking will be made.

If ‘you’, the customer cancels within 24 hours of the booked date/time I have the right to retain/charge 100% of the service fee.

Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

I do not offer a refund, but I offer a credit to be used on my other products or services.

If you feel that there is any problem with my services, please let me know within 24 hours or preferably before the end of our session. I would rather know that you are unhappy so that I can address your concerns and try to find a mutually acceptable solution.

Your scheduled appointment will not be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned to a third party, friend, relative or persons requested by you, the customer.

All testing services are provided by a third party and are non-refundable

All testing must be conducted within the time frame stipulated by the third party
